Somewhat back to normal
Well, my work day went well, but my wife is more back to her normal self. She was doing the paranoid attack thing when I got home again. She got better as the evening wore on, but I got a little scraped and bruised as usual. You would think I would get immune to it after a while, but somehow it always hurts just as much. I was at least hoping her upswing would last through the weekend. So tired right now, and I haven't even taken my full regiment of medical mood modifiers. I can't really keep typing, so I'm cutting this entry short while I can still understand what I'm typing. Good night, all.

I\'ve just started taking Omega 3 (fish oil) because it is touted to be a mood stabilizer. My psych agrees. Also she said since many people get depressed in the winter, 2000 units of Vitamin D is recommended also.
It would be hard to become immune to attacks from those we love. I know the pain you\'re having and pray that she stabilizes soon.
