sometimes I forget
sometimes I forget, after experiencing so much
consuming emotions...
that I need to take care of myself - and referencing my previous journal
in part - we all need different things and maybe relate with a kind of regard
that we each relate to.
so now that I am home, and I am sitting quietly in my apartment I am kind of
fixating on what I should be doing with myself or even what I want to be doing with myself.
I thought about about the saving idea, that I need to take care of myself
and I shouldn't be ashamed of how that manifests...I need to take care of myself
and that may be different than others would have it for themselves..
but if I do it - that's a gold star and respectfully good.

Hope you’re having a good weekend mark - any interesting documentaries?
Weird as it may sound, I get considerable therapy mileage from minding my pronouns. When I get lost in **we**, the resulting psychosis gets ever further down the proverbial rabbit hole. Even with people I have known my entire life, I don't get to know everything how they tackle their own self-care, etc. Those be rituals each of us perform privately and are hard to describe in detail, even when asked.
How can I know how **We** do such things without detailed knowledge of how the other members of **We** wipe their asses, etc? Do I really want that much info? I accomplish my self-care and sort my own psycho snot knots far more efficiently when I keep ^it^ strictly personal, first person singular. Eye to I.
haha Arfie!!!
Thanks Sensitive! I watched some PBS yesterday before going to bed. Lucy Worsley's Royal Palace Secrets.
I find the documentaries can be kind of boring at times but I get into them even so.
I don't mean to be contrarian but for me coming on here and writing is in part the Eye to I reflection -
but I also find that manifesting my thoughts is also working things out in a commonality and a community.
Like you said 'how you accomplish it' - This I guess is how I accomplish it - and I guess I said that in the
in the original journal post so, nevermind.
