trying to make sense of things

did a good day's work at the market. Got a LOT done

and left very little work for the next shift.

It was kind of cool.

Now I am back at home. My mind started noodling/needling away

at me on the drive on the way back. It's as though a lesson breach the surface of the

mental gloom and then fell back again into the depths.

I ate some lunch and took a nap with the tv on and Blue beside me.

Then went to Starbucks and now I am back home.

I think I'll take another nap.. I wish the lesson that seemed to tempt

me earlier on my ride home and then once when entering indoors, would resolve -

but maybe that's the lesson..keep on keeping on even when your mind

tries to lead you down a depressive alley - a moments confusion?? stay the course

and get on with the boogie.

Try to focus on the good work you did today and how it made you feel. Hugs!

The balancing lessons on my own mental journeys into the proverbial darkside have been on how to look without staring. The less attractive emotions are there and need to addressed, but letting them be all I notice about my day is a journey into Hell.

All of life is a question of balance.
