something meaningful

I went to sleep last night, having just a few hours earlier lost my sense of calm

and cool. Felt in a total disarray, humiliated and crestfallen because of it. But then

I decided, I'd stick to my routine that I had, and also be kind of compassionate with myself...

that it had just been a bad few hours and that it happens sometimes. I regrouped

and went to bed...finding meaning and hope in getting back to the routine.

Slept well and then started to wake slowly with my mind digging away at me more

and more until I got up. I threw on some clothes and a hat and went to get coffee.

My life feels kind of aimless, but I guess there's something meaningful here too.

I wondered where I will find my meaning, my sense of significance - I think how some

worry about their legacy - and some are blessed with kids and family

but actually now that I am home, I think just taking care

of Blue and living a well organized life might fill me up enough. 

The sound and the fury?

I'll just keep on keeping on - and just make something out of the fragments!

It's all good.
