some things i dont like about d.a.
this was around 4 pm, i got in the shower around 3 pm, so i was in there for an hour
he:"i still gotta brush my teeth"
me:"whoa! i thought 1 pm last weekend was late for me to brush my teeth!"
he:"well i woulda been in there a little earlier but i was waitin for you to get outta the shower"
me:"but that still woulda made it later than 1 pm"
he:"well i could go the whole day without brushing my teeth, whatever"
so, here, FIRST i felt like i was getting blamed for his brushing his teeth late in the day, where he had hours to do it before my shower, and SECOND i felt he had a problem with me being in the shower for an hour, but he had to go about it in a round about way

me and her were so cold after grocery shopping, we were sitting on the couch with our coats on tryin to "thaw out," so i asked him to put the cold stuff away
me:"can you please put the cold stuff away?"
she:" cause we're cold!"
he:"it was colder this morning and i went out in that and i couldn't sit around"
me:"i can't ask you to do something without a comment?"
she:"mom's cold intolerant and i'm just cold"
he:"yea i hear that ALL the time"
so i figure 2 strikes: makin a stupid comment, which makes me feel like he actually doesn't wanna help out with anything, and, the reply about my cold intolerance, which makes me think he either doesn't believe how bad i feel in the cold, or that he thinks it's B.S., or he thinks i use it as an excuse?

dammit! every time i ask him to do something, he's gotta make a smart-ass comment. why would i want to ever ask him to do anything if that's what i keep hearing from him? i don't feel supported in that respect. best part is, he's always made a big to-do about "oh ask me anytime you need anything done blah blah blah" i don't believe tht for a second!

today i drank bad oj n puked 3 times, so i txtd him about tht n he:"do u need me to come home?"
me:"nah u dont need to come home.. wut time do u get off wrk? maybe can u pik up 'her'?"
he:"i dont kno yet. theyll tell us after lunch. can u call and have them tell her to take the bus
later,he:"yeah we off at two. any word from the school"
me:"well i didnt call school, i dont think she'll catch the bus in time"
he:"well i really dont kno where to pick her up from. u should give her a chance i think she can do it."
to me, i think he shoulda been like "absolutely! where do i go to pick her up?!?!" that's what MY MAN would do.

when i asked him to take out some trash, he made a comment and said "yes i DO have to make a comment every time, it's me, get used to it"
me:"but it discourages me from ever asking you to DO anything!"
then he said something like:"get over yourself"
so, yeah, i don't like that about him.

i'm starting to think he's actually a huge douche-bag. that's my new theory.
