some second guessing - but this too shall pass
I had a busy morning. Up early, out early and drove
all around LA, probably around 80miles or so.
Came home and got a coffee, then showered dressed
and went grocery shopping, then ate lunch and played
with Blue. Took a nap and then washed up lunch's plates.
I decided to splurge and get another coffee - a foolish waste...
but, I did it. Now I'll make my bed and prep my clothes
and meds for tomorrow's start of the work week.
Just keeping busy - and taking the opportunity to get
things done when I have the time.
Sending prayers out there!

Things are good. I go for an appointment at the doctor’s soon. I have this weird rash thing on my feet and lower legs and in some other places as well. It might be from working on the mountain side but I’d like to be safe than sorry so I am having him take a look at it.
I haven’t spoken to anyone today besides the few words while delivering things. Things are good, there’s just something inside me that wants to come out. Tomorrow I’ve got work and then therapy. I’ll probably go and pick up my meds as well. I’ll have a nice lunch since I just went shopping. I’ll rest after work tomorrow and then go to the gym for a walk on the treadmill.
I've come to wonder if all of my psychotic thinking yaddahs are a byproduct of self-doubt. So, or no, the wandering wonder has spawned a prayer which I recite to myself when I start over-thinking, second-guessing, etc.
Dear God, I am so sorry
For always being so sorry
For the constant doubt
Which makes me pout
Over lessons I have yet to learn
Thanks Arfie. I figured sometimes I just have to be little mopey and just move forward. I like the prayer!
Way to ply the radical acceptance, Grasshopper. Humans have a complex emotional structure, by Nature. It's okay to be human, even if you are "Grasshopper."
Q: What do you call a bug you can see through?
A: A glass hopper.
Haha
In my chains of sibling texts that keep us connected in three states daily, I recently referenced one of my all-time favorite dumb jokes. My brother texted us a photo from a vineyard he was strolling through….
Q. What happens when you squeeze a grape?
A. It lets out a little whine.
I giggle every time I eat grapes.
Hope your day is still plugging along, Mark! I’m going to make a homemade latte. Coffeeeee.
Thanks Nikki!
