some friendly wisdom from the grocery store
where I work, working in the market, is a physical and kind of punishing job.
There's the need to do the work fast and well and it takes coordination
with all of the incoming and outgoing inventory as well as different departments.
So many folks who work there have said about their mindset when doing
the work is anxious and stressed to just "Keep moving forward, just keep going"
There's stress over whether the work will get done in time, without
the need for overtime, as it is rarely approved.
"One step at a time, keep moving forward" and if you're having trouble
seeing your path - just take a step and then another...it all adds up!

Working in an industry where deadlines are non-stop is a challenge. The motto you share of ' One step at a time, keep moving forward' is excellent way to work and know you are doing your best!
thanks Mid. All of us there are kind of on a choo choo train of a work schedule.
It's a good motto. it helps and it's also said with a sense of humor - if but a humor
of resignation attitude! LOL
in addition to taking one step at a time, i try not to analyze the squishy stuff that last step left on my shoes.
sometimes it's better to study ignorance as i keep on stepping. the squishy stuff comes out in the wash.
Squishy stuff can be stinky and sticky. :) thanks Arfie
Hola,
It’s funny I read your journal this morning before I went to go to therapy & stuff. & rite before I did I was thinking how the heck am I going to get through these next three days of appointments. & then I came here & read your journal & it said ‘just take one step and then another’ & kinda thought okay lets do this girl. So look at that, one of your journals helped another person today
Big hug <3
