some days
some days it's ok to just hang out cozy and safe in your home....
with your best bud kitty....with the news on...
being careful about spending $$...
I think I might go for a walk though.
I definitely feel absent minded today...or like there's something I'm not understanding....
no big deal.
I'm doing all that I need to and a walk will be good to get some fresh air and
exercise.
peace,
Mark

Dunno why your saying that like it's something new, Markus Questionarius. You were already sounding pretty road weary on you quest to find that something you are not understanding when I started reading your journal for ? ? ? How many years ago now?
I'm still singing that Beatles song. .
The obnoxious Iris Dement keeps throwing in lines about "Let the Mystery Be."
I do feel like I am a bit like on a circular treadmill. It’s distressing at times and so I ponder and write. Other times I just chock it up to it as my normality and find happier days and distraction. Sending peace and good mojo. Here’s to embracing all our sides and succeed in getting through each day. We all go through ups and downs and accepting that is good but not always easy.
If accepting those ups and downs was easy, everybody would do it.
Especially when you’re alone and also have to be self responsible. I used to react so outrageously to things and now I’m better at owning it. Thanks Arfie.
I find self-responsibility much easier to accept when I am alone, In the company of others, it is all too easy and often even accurate to blame others and expect them to fix **my** attitude. Where does the 2 year old's responsibility end and mine begin? Then we get to the old fart who keeps stinking up my bathroom. . . No farting allowed in the living room, Chump! ! !
Butta, butta, butta. . . Be the stimulus the echoes of solitude or the inconveniences of company, how I react remains mine to own.
Peace Arfie!
