sober birthday

I can do it.  Gonna be with the girls tonight.  Appetizer potluck and hot tub.  I can already hear the prompts to have just one... it's your birthday....come on have some fun.  I know I can do it.  This will be my first sober birthday probably since I was 16 years old.  31 years ago.  Just remember how great I feel.  THe gift I am giving myself every day.  100% of my authentic self.  Be strong......
