So tired
Really tired tonight. Maybe yesterday's travel has taken its toll. I've been doing a lot today and when I fatigue I've seen that my mind starts to spin ideas much like I am dreaming while awake. I can't stay present and follow along in services. I told the deaconess in a whisper, I was missing so many cues, that it was because I have a hard time staying present. She said to pray the Jesus pray and that will help.
Things are good though. I'll get to bed and start it all over tomorrow.:-)

I was becoming very paranoid with the fatigue I think as well, I was spinning and raging inside. Thank god though I saw it for what it was and could relax. I’m proud of myself I did that and at the same time blown away and ashamed or really humbled.
