So It Begins!

I had my first training day with Will this morning. It was more of an assessment to see where I needed work. Here's what I learned:1. I have a very strong core, upper body (pushing and pulling), and very excellent recovery time in between sets. My heart is in such excellent condition that he had to rush me from station to station to keep my heart rate up.2. My ham strings are way too tight, and this is causing me lower back pain. I have to work onstretchingthe gluts and ham strings better.3. Although my core is strong, my obliques are not as strong as they should be. We'll be working on that.About 30 minutes into my training, Will begins to tell me what a challenge its going to be for HIM to find a workout program that will challenge my body given the shape I'm already in. Will told me this conversation we were having was one he normally has with clients after about 8 weeks, and here we are having it after 30 minutes!! He also stated that it was obvious that I was not wasting my time in gym given my overall level of fitness. I don't know what type of program he is going to have in mind for me, and Will said it would be a challenge for him, one he was glad to have. What a great way to start this adventure, both of us challenging the other.ROCK HARD!! LIVE STRONG!!
