so I have rental homes.

It is a good thing to have something, especially if it will provide money on which for you to live. so I inherited two houses and as long as I can keep them up, pay my taxes and insurance and keep them rented should provide for me for the rest of my life. This is a good thing.
But one of my tenants gave me their thirty day notice in beginning of February but have still to hand over the keys. They called and said that they would on such and such a day but I have not heard from them since. Going by the house I find stuff still laying around that has not been thrown out or taken away and I cannot enter or do anything until I have a court order if they will not hand over the keys.
they do not return the messages I leave on the only phone number I have for them and they do not answer if they are still in the house which I am not sure of past the day after they were supposed to be out which is when I last sow someone there and the neighbors said they had moved out that weekend.
If they would have contacted me and said they needed another week or whatever, I would have been fine but having no contact and not being able to do anything id starting to get to me. I have to get this settled soon or I am going to become a wreck.
