SO HUNGRY why cant i eat? fri feb 17,2012 7 p.m.

well, i went out today BY MYSELF. i have trobles w/ eating or should say NOT EATING all day, i equate food w/ sleep, and i lost this weight, so now, i have to forse feed myself. i know this is very bad i dont want to have an eating disorder. im so afraid of going back to my old ways, and gaining the weight back, i am kinda getting very freaky about it. i ate onlyh today, a small one person size peanut butter crackers, and thats it. im sick and im so hungry, when at sis house i ate 3 squares a day GOOD NUTRISUIOS FOOD. and didnt gain any weight back. i allreadty feel guilty about not eating right. oh well, have to work on that. i did get some exsersise today and i just did the weights upper boday. so im goingto take mymeds then maybe ill get hungry, this is so forein to me. i ussually dont have this prob. ok, sick must eat now. ok, later.......
