smiling, at last!!

 We are having Spring like temps and some sunshine right now. I took a moment to go see a robin calling from an overhead phone line. (it was standing on the line...not using the phone to call!!!)   It was not singing the cheer-i-lee song as in spring. More the weeekeekeek as you may have heard them when they take off in flight or from being startled. Robins winter over in Indiana going into caves and underbrush. But many migrate (so I have read and noticed). I know this is too early for spring but I would not mind if snow and ice passed for a month. I am worn out from winter thus far. I did a lot outside over the weekend. I think my issue of stress is compounded by cabin fever.So, I took time to notice the bird today. It really helped. I also noticed people around me in traffic as I ran an errand. So many looking so stressed and tired. Wow. We are such and uptight society...well in Indiana anyway!! I would like to take a moment to say thanks to my DS friends who have sent notes, hugs, smiles. It is a nice thing...like an unexpected warm day in the middle of winter!! Cheers
