Slow Learner....

Gosh darnit.  I've been working soooooo hard not to do too much on days when i feel "better"  as I'm coming out of the lowst part of the flare up valley - I haven't done much at all.  But yeterday we went to the mall, and when  woke up feeling good we went out to breakfast.  By the time I got home it was lights out for me.   So I guess going out for breakfas and talking a bit was too much eh?  couln't have been walking both stories of the mall.  oh  and Costco the day before.   OH!  HA!!!  Guess that I forgot going to the drug store and goodwill !(I get things thsat I use for my metal and glass art.  Which I have not gotten to work on for a year! )ok - well I'm thinking I talked myself into thinking I hadn't done much cause at HOME I haven't done thsat much.   when will I ever figure the boundaries out!  kinda hard when the boundaries of enough and too much shift with the capricious tides of CFIDs/FMS.thanks to youall who've messaged or sent hugs.  This is s much as I can do today.Nighty nightHope tomorrow is a better one.  I'll write about my fabulous rest/vacation plan - which can't start til I get the work done that I'd intended to do yesterday and tomorrow!!!xoxoxoxoxoxox

aweee sorry to hear this but yes you have to learn the boundaries...but with that being said even after 16 years of this i still do too much when i feel \"good\" and pay fro it later...

I try not to but I still do its cuz when we are \"down\" for so long we just want to go go go when we are \"up\"

Try and keep a pace girl :)

Isn\'t it amazing how little is \"too much?\" I still stick by my one outside and one inside task per day. Rest, rest, rest ... I\'m getting into knitting again now that it\'s cooler.
