since i have hot dog buns and hamburger meat........i fashioned the ground beef into skinny little rolls.
gonna have two. have celery cut up........for a nice crunchy side dish.
voila' on this cool clear night, i will dine ala telly, feet up........relax. blankets beneath me, on top of me......blankets are loverly!
been bone chilly all day long. sipped three cups of hot water - feel much better. the meat is sizzling........protein is coming little bird........hang on!
just flipped the cutest little hot dog shaped patties .......keep your life open. to fun. make your own.
take it easy ok? if you're having a crap day, just back away from it. reduce your stress, close your eyes. use heat, ice.......a shower, wrap up in your cozy soft place........draw or color or do nothing at all........just quietly breathe. daddy used to say "it's all about mind over matter little girl"
"if you don't mind it don't matter"............destress. get a box, put the crap in the box for now. take a ten minute or a four hour or whatever you can manage break..........seal the box with duct tape if you need to........but close that sucker.

Boy, the hot dog bun is making a comeback - that is if it ever went anywhere - great idea to use it for your round burgers.
Got an email recently where someone had made a peanut butter & banana sandwich using a hot dog bun. You didn\'t even have to decide which way to cut your banana - just peel it & drop into the bun.
This temperature change has done me in too. Hope you feel better soon.
