Sliding down hill

Well Lunch wasn't the Spanish Inquisition ... but it was weird, awkward silences, no depth of conversation & when I tried to say a couple of things about how I'm feeling I gave up because it became about somebody else in the next breath. 

I've a few days of work now so hoping I can re-coup. I plan to do some de-cluttering in my house, but I'm not going to push myself too hard & would like to enjoy a couple of days too. 

I'm wondering how long my anti-depressants will take to start working, a friend said it could be up to a month (Prozac).
