sleepless, sick nights
why is it that im soooo tired but cant sleep? why is it that im up so early in the morning (5am) but yet i still cant sleep at bedtime? or that im sick adn supposed to be resting... but cant sleep. i lay down all day and try so hard to do nothing but rest, but i cant sleep. is it the new meds? is it being sick thats got me awake?
dam flu... im over heated, tired, headache, i got all the symptoms. and im probably dehydrated to. but im only hoping that ill get better really soon, tomorrow will be day five of being sick. ugh i feel so shitty

apointment tomorrow to see about getting a pdoc... so nervous... dont wanna go.. btu dont have a choice, know its what i need to do.

Writing is high on my own list of effective sleep aids. Hope you are feeling rested today. Nothing else quite fits until the ol\' bio-machine is fuelled and primed by decent rest.
