sleepless

dear yellow man , again I am awake I sleep a hour and am up -I am so darn tired of this on and on. I so want to go off the the e meds.  I know I could sleep again .    just not to feel so tired all the time . my hubby says you sleep to much you cat nap  during the day when  we are off . yes I do  I relax and am exhausted and we go out in the car and it puts me to sleep riding .  I wish I could  go to bed like him at 11 and sleep all night I try valium and it helps yellow man but I am so tired between work and home its a struggle sometimes .
