Sleep
I sleep a ridiculous amount and yet I am still always tired. I don’t know if I’m actually physically tired or just mentally and emotionally drained. It’s easier to be asleep than to be awake and deal with the world and all of life’s problems and people. I don’t want to kill myself, I’m not brave enough to do that, but if I could I think I would choose to sleep forever than deal with the shot I’m going through now.

To much sleep makes you lethargic.
You want help, and you want to feel better.
I only know 3 people that were very depressive personalities, and honestly did something about it and stayed with it. And now they feel good about themselves. They have their bad moments and bad days. But they feel better overall.
They changed their diets to begin with. They looked on the internet and found foods that help with depression. They stopped eating the foods that make depression and anxiety worse.
And they started exercising.
Everyday people complain in all the support sites, how they can't go on. Or nothing changes. They wish they could feel better etc.
The thing is..... If you want to enough. YOU need to get out of bed, create a journal and make goals for yourself. And the key is, sticking to it.
Raise your dopamine and serotonin levels up. Try to join a church, organization or something and donate your time. A few hours a week to make another persons life a little bit better. And that will help give you more confidence and self esteem. And hopefully, the will to continue to become a better you!
yeah, I used to sleep a lot. It was for all those reasons, sometimes we just need to sleep and recharge our batteries not matter what.
