Sleep
Dear Kitty, I'm sleepy - I've also been crabby for the last few days, and I have no idea why. LIfe is tiring, and I'm not sleeping properly, which is just making me more tired. Stupid sleep - why do we even need it? Couldn't we just have a choice to sleep but not actually have to do it? I've been trying hard not to do 'it' again recently, and I'm managing so far. It's getting more difficult, but I want to start my sixteenth (well, seventeenth) year without any fresh scars for once. It'll be good to do. On the bright side, my parents have bought me a Nintendo DS - yippee!!!See you soon.Auf wiederschreiben,Francesca

one way to stop doing \'it\' is to realise that, actually, it does more harm than good (excuse any puns there). Whilst it may relieve the stress, it means you have a painful wound on your anatomy, and you feel even worse because you\'ve self harmed -- a great (or not great) example of a downward spiral. Don\'t worry about being crabby, everybody gets like that. As long as we (your friends) understand that something\'s up, we won\'t be upset when you\'re crabby. Just keep pretending to smile, and occupy your thoughts with smiling, you\'ll find yourself smiling more without having to think about it.
All the best xxxx
