Skipped Pills Last night

I don't know how I forgot to take my pills last night, but I did. I slept okay for not taking them... I woke up a couple of times in the middle of the night but nothing really special. I did wake up at 8:30 or so and couldn't fall back asleep so I took some klonopin. I was still really tired then, so that's why I took it. It made me knock out until 1pm, so that's when I got up and headed off to work. Work went okay... No anxiety attacks today at work. I had a slight one when I was trying to get ready for work, but it wasn't a big deal. I just made my phone calls at work, and that was it. I left, went to the gym and worked out for a bit. I don't know why, but every time I go to the gym I try and work out as hard as I can, but I'm never sore the next day. I guess I just need to push myself harder. Other than that, I had a nice dinner I cooked... pork chops with mushroom soup and rice. Geo ate all the pork chops and I was content with the rice and the soup. I'm almost at my calorie goal for the day, so that's good. I might throw in something else just to get the last 150 calories in.
Mood today was okay again... I was tired, but I made it into work, got exercise in and went to the gym. I would consider that a successful day. I just don't feel right, though. It could be because I'm tired, but I'm not sure. I'm thinking that volunteering is a good thing for me, and I shouldn't stop doing it. Even if I come in a couple days a week for a couple hours, it's still better than staying home all the time. I know they appreciate me there, it's just hard to feel it sometimes. It also feels good to put on my new volunteering pants, pants that I haven't really been able to wear in years. They are a size 24, and before I was a 26/28. And those pants are getting loose on me. I weighed in at 217.5 pounds today, and I hope I can keep that up for tomorrow's official weigh in. I'm in a contest online to see what group can lose the most weight. I don't know who is in the lead, but I know I did good last week losing almost 5 pounds of water weight from the hospital. We will see how it goes tomorrow!

wow, what a productive day! i dont know what you do at the gym, be it weights or cardio, but if you do weights, you may want to try the next weight and do less of them, they say to do as many reps until you cant do it in the right form. i found that doing weights was really good for me and it helps with your bones too. i also used the machines, just a thought. on the cardio side, whatever machine you use, try following the same idea, make the time you have been spending on it with a higher intensity, that should make the time spent a bit harder for you. i miss going to the gym, wish i could go again. i am happy you want to still volunteer, it is a great thing to do and it will get you out, it is way to easy to stay in. question.... the dinner you made sounds yummy, why didnt you have a pork chop? do you not care for them, or would it have been more calories then you wanted? the challenge with each other is a good idea, a little competion goes a long way.
