Size is Relative
Went to church this morning. Felt slim. Most people in my church are large.
Went to the health club this afternoon. Felt huge. Most people in my health club wear a size 0.

Lots of luck. I was at an overnight at my friend Sharon, he husband Stuart, daughter Megan and boarder Dave. I went with my friend Carol S. Sharon and Stuart have a scale. I weighed myself. I did lose ten pounds. I wasn\'t doing to much differently other than not drinking as much beer and at my daughter\'s house with no unhealthy snacks and eating healthy. If we snack, it is a piece of fruit. Its a good thing. I could lose another ten pounds. We shall see. I know if I want to do that, I have to make an effort to do so. One day at a time.
