Sign the lease tomorrow

So I decided to take the first apartment I saw. I got stood up by one and did a drive by of a couple others that were having public viewings - I was not impressed enough to even stop and look. I'm too nervous to wait any longer - I need to know I have a place. This one is ground level, has a place to keep my bike, a private entrace from the parking lot and a dishwasher. There is laundry hookups if I want to get my own machines or I can use the coin machines in the basement. Its in a beautiful part of town and really the only issue I have is that it is small... but apartments typically are. i've lived in a 3 bdrm house with a basement for the last year... anything else will seem small. Now my goal is to declutter and get rid of all the excess so I can live comfortably in a smaller space. There are some things I will have to store or sell but for the most part I shouldn't have any trouble; its not long since I lived in a 2 bdrm apartment before. My sisters both have bigger places, one has a garage so I have places to store stuff.
I go back to town tomorrow to sign the lease and make arrangements for when I can move. Its empty now so I could move earlier than the 1st; we'll see. I think I'll take the opportunity while I have to go there to stop into a cafe I love; I might even call a friend to come with me, she'd enjoy the cafe too. I have to work so much over the next week that I won't have much time for socialzing; this could be it.
