sick during the holidays

I am suffering today with a huge headache. The doc increased my risperidone to see if it will knock my behind out at night. it gave me headaches for the first week i took it and now the headaches are back. nasty buggers they are. 
The holiday is upon us and as per usual I am more depressed. No family and limited income mean we dont celebrate or even have a special meal. It will just be my son and I hanging out. It's super tough not having good friends and family to have around during these times. I often get, well its your own fault, or go make friends, find something to get involved in.....great idea but.....i dont have transportation or even change for the bus due to being off work. no win situation as per usual.
