Sick all day today. Thurs Oct 9, 2014 7.30 ish

OK this is the third time im trying to write a journal, don't know what the deal is so ill make it short before it goes away again. This is red for my home team The Cardinal's. GO CARD'S. OK made some diet chili last night and ate it late and then went to sleep, BIG MISTAKE. I have been so poor and broke i haven't been eating much, and then i ate allot of the chili, So i am and was sooo sick today. I made so much clilie also. I am going to have to eat very light tonight. im really bad about not eating anything in the day and then gorging myself at night. VERY BAD i know. Have to go out tomorrow again. Hope i get my money back soon from the ymca. I got back on the theripy waiting list. i missed so many apppt's they had to put me back on the list. So my social worker will be seeing me once a week for a while, thank god, i really need it. Another unproductive day. Oh well, ganna get back on the net flix soon. will try to get back on later if this site and my computer will cooperate. That is all for now.....Wish i had some sprite. Still feel sooo sick...ERRRRR
