very very quiet.
hiding in the stacks of a huge library
nah, i'm right here
in my little house
in the woods.
just me, two furbuckets, dust, stuff
birds, squirrels, lizards, bugs - all kinds
did some things. didn't do other things.
laid down in bed and slept, it was the nicest nap.
woke up calm. stayed calm. mostly that is. when i got
near the edge of non calm i said good bye, see ya later,
life can wait, i am in calm country.
wherever you are, whatever you are doing
prayers are being said to light your way.
i promises. i remember you & God never forgets you.

Calm & steady as she goes! Glad all was quiet in your neck of the woods. We had rain all day. I woke up at 8 A.M. & it was so dark in the house. I was surprised cuz I thought we were gonna have a beautiful sunny day...for the pool. Nope!!! Took a shower , got dressed, put on my rain jacket ( that I wear maybe 2 times a year.). I\'ve had it for over 20 yrs.. Can\'t seem to part with...nor want too. I went to Target & had my Mocha Frapp & walked around the store for awhile leaning on a cart. Came home, still felt like doing something...so I washed my hair. Then I rested watching TV. I took a nap for an hour, but did not sleep. Got up, and felt like I was hit by a Mack truck. Feeling better now at 10:30 P.M. Watched the concert with Blake, Reba, Usher, Amanda Lambert, Rascal Flats, Vince Gill etc...it was for Ok. Raising money for the area hit by the tornado. I had tears running down my face. So many sad stories, devastation & loss. I feel blessed I have a roof over my head & my love ones are safe.
I got a little long winded here. Ruthie you are in my prayers daily. I worry about you out there by yourself. Yup, I wear my heart on my shirt sleeves. My Mom always said that about me. Love & gentle hugs.
P.S.- finally got a call that my Doppler u/s was not a blood clot! So I ask myself what is the hard lump in my arm??? The girl left me a voice mail & said, if I wanted to go over it with my Dr to call & make an appt.
Still waiting to hear from USF on an appt with the neurologist.
