She Has Arrived
The new granddaughter was born this morning around 11:00. 7 lbs 4 oz. Reports from Daddy say she looks healthy. What little Hubs and I discussed it was done in "Grup Speak" designed to disguise the subject from the GKs. The baby's fate remains uncertain and that do inhibit small talk, considerable. Nobody is sure what to tell big brother and sister.

Is it inane to be glad she and big sis will each have their own birthday, albeit still only 8 days apart.

So far, we do not know if she is an addition to our family or a loss. The parental units are still ? ? ? undecided? ? ? not talking? ? ?
Proof unavailable, but I does believe that both GKs have felt the arrival and don't understand why nobody is talking about little sister. They are young, not stupid. Still no updates since the birth announcement from Daddy. Well. . . Maybe I should say YS announced the birth to his parents. He still doesn't know what to tell his children. Mother remains a closed door.
