Sharing

I woke up early this morning we had to turn back our clocks last night. I started the wash, and turned on TV. There was a Christmas movie on, I started crying ,that was the last time i seen my daughter and Holidays are hard. Then i went to get my wash out and there was a nickle for some reason ,and i never do this I looked at the date it was 2005 ,that's the year my daughter passed away, and i thought maybe she telling me mom I am still here with you, I had some peace in my heart.Even if it was silly,we can dream. I then remembered what she always said ,it is how you look at things mom that matters, how smart she was ,always saying the right thing, her heart was big and she was my best friend, and now here i have more friends that help me so much ,that are sincere and caring and letting me know that the world has more flowers then weeds. So my day is better, and i wanted to share this with all of you, thank you for listening

Dear Shirley, it is those little gifts like that nickle and the peace it brought you, that let us know healing is taking place in our hearts. Yes there is still pain and yes you miss your precious daughter, but your heart is now letting you hear her voice of wisdom, and it brings peace and strength. Thank you for sharing this special moment with us, as it shines the light of hope for us all.
You remain in my prayers.

Setting the clocks back is very disorienting for me. Lighter in the morning and much darker in the evening! Even our two Golden Retrievers are confused ~ based on the lighting, I think, they decided it was time for supper at 4:30 when normally they get fed between 5:30 and 6!

Your precious daughter is very wise ~ she is still speaking to you with strength, serenity and reassurance.

Sending much love and big hugs of comfort ~ Debbie

These gifts of consolation mean so much. I say accept them all as you are. A way in which your daughter can say hello to her forever mom.

I\'m with you!

It is so nice to get a sign from our kids. We are still remembered just like we remember them. I makes my heart warm when I read about signs Moms have.
