settling down
Things are getting a little more routine in my life. I have been at work a lot. That helps because home life can't just take me for a ride anymore. My Mom tries but I have learned to anticipate the unexpected. Not just with her. A general practice. It seems to help me keep from over or under reacting. I would like not to react at all. I would also like to weigh less by many pounds but it comes by a step at a time.
Part of what I decided was to limit my intake of caffeine at night to keep from being edgy. First day was today. I was exhausted from 6PM -9PM. Then awakened and here I am at 2AM. Good luck on this one I am thinking. Such a touch system I have. It will be ok in a week or so. Insomnia lead me to DS in the first place. hehe
Well, time for some rest. Hope you pals are ok. I hear from one or two these days. Wish you the best
Cheers

Very glad to hear it is settling, and sometimes these small changes make all the difference! I\'m with you on the weight loss too, but as you said, one step at a time!
