L is the best! she staked him out..caught him as he's getting off Transit Tom and tries to hand him the papers..he looked at her and kept walking, she says, hey..these are yours..they're from the house!  He turns around and says what are they?  She says..they're yours from the house..he comes back and takes them :)
I was so nervous!  
Ok so it's been hours since i startee this...back to nervous..court just called me, he's standing there saying he needs an extension b/c his mother is sick in ontario..i said..no..not happening & she said that he will iether have to be there or else send someone in his place.. i really honestly thought he would never respond..
i think he was a good actor! i think he had me fooled about everything!  he wanted an extenion...i can't believe he's trying to take care of this himself..is someone going to help him?  i can't believe i thought he'd never try..i guess just because he has never tried for anything else! or has he?
just goes to show i know nothing about this person.  i will definitely be much more careful from this point forward.  I am afriad but then again, i have no need to be.  there is no need to be afraid.  I have done no wrong.  I wouldn't be in this position if he wasn't such an abuser..
i feel much better saying that.  now that we've gone this far, will he show up?  Will i have to see him there?  maybe, but it doesn't matter..i can handle whatever comes my way..
