Seriously!!!!!!!!!

Can't believe what I was told today!!

Feeling very angry, like gggggggrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Loosing half my hours at work because one of the 2 contracts is no longer being funded.

3 contracts had to be combined into one. 3 members of staff affected, all 3 asked to express interest if they would like to new post ... Sounds ok so far? ... Well

Today I was taken aside & told it has been given to 1 & the manager & CEO spent 20 mins justifying their decision, no interviews, no chats or tasks, he just decided to give it to this 1 of us. Why go to all that 'express interest crap' if he already new, I'm furious

I need a break atm not screwing over
