self improvement a sublimation for loneliness?

I think maybe thinking it's one or the other is an unhelpful

extreme. No need to polarize the existence of the two

ideas. I do though tend to try and self improve

and I also find lately I am awakening to  my loneliness.

I was aiming to save money but I decided to come out to Starbucks this chilly morning.

I think it's a wise investment to keep amongst people this morning.

My spirit feels wild and dark. Maybe I'll go to the gym later.

I firmly feel that self-improvement cannot happen without the intricacies of interpersonal skills improvement. The way we navigate through people is a reflection of our sense of self and how we treat others. I’ve been thinking a lot about this topic as I feel I’m enmeshed in a lot of selfish beings not coming to the table together. That’s been my observation from a leadership standpoint, and the reasons for it may be due to many individual factors.

Hence the need for Community and contributions that are much much needed.

Hugs for a peaceful Sunday.

Hi Mark
I don't know if this will work for you, I've been doing this for several months to save money. Each month I know exactly what my income is SS/Pension. I take that amount and subtract what I have left over from the previous month and put that into my saving account. I don't feel like I'm depriving myself. Best to you!

if you get past the dualisms, (light/dark, good/bad, high/low, etc.) you just might find that polarizing is somewhere between futile and silly.

may you come to appreciate the many shades between the extremes. the spectrum of life is far more complex than a battery which is limited to positive/negative charges.
