self castigating to fill a form
I realize that I can really 'self castigate' when I am alone to fill a 'form' in order to know where I stand
in the world. It's something I really am learning to stop. I've been blind to it.
Now I want to go ahead and find some really good stuff to do... like go to the Horse park near me
and walk the trails and other fun stuff.

Is this a good time to mention that I castrated Donkey Odie yesterday? Recovery is going well. He might even be welcome at that horse park once he forgets he was ever a stud.
