Second verse same as the first
Well I was looking through my old journals and I noticed a lot of the symptoms I have now, I have had before. You would think this would comfort me and it does for about 10 seconds, but then my brain tells me in some way how it is different or how it is more servere this time then last time. So I broke down and finally made a doctors appointment for tomorrow, with a different doctor. I am still having stomach pain off and on, but in different areas. I am worried but trying to maintain. Also my brain is already making me worry about new things such as the fact I get cramps when I am not about to start my period I think it is ovulation cramps, but they are pretty bad. Also have discharge that kind of itches but it is not a yeast infection, goes away after a few days (sorry if that was tmi). My anxiety is desperately trying to make me worry about that as well.
I don't want to worry anymore about my health. I am tempted to tell my doctor about it and get on anti-anxiety medication but I am worried I won't be taken seriously by if I do. I will probably write more later.
I liked this quote because it is so true(well expect for the old man part;)
I am an old man and have known a great many troubles, but most of them never happened.
- Mark Twain
I am a 34 year old woman and most of what I have worried about has not happened! I need to remember this statement.
