season change
I am actually looking forward to the cooler months. Summer is always a disaster for me. I can't go outside all that much as I have an allergy to the sun and will break out in sun pox and the excessive heat causes me to overheat. If I can't get into a cooler environment soon after I start to sweat I have the tendency of my skin to begin blistering in skin crevices (around the breast line and tailbone). It is extremely uncomfortable when this happens. My skin becomes flushed bad under the suns heat through a window and sweating begins in less than 5 mins. I was relieved to work in the cooler at work the other day when the boss noticed I was reacting to the sun and the heat. I am thankful I have a good boss who is fully aware of my disabilities. He often reminds me to slow down as once I get going I get so focused on the task I don't realize that I could be causing some harm with my health as I want to get things done. Outside of work though...I just want to be alone and veg out. I have to socialize at work since it's customer service but I guess I'm what one would call as anti-social as I prefer to be alone where it's nice and quiet, no worries or stress! When it gets cooler and colder people tend to stay more indoors to keep warm while I like to head out for awhile as it seems somewhat more peaceful and the fact that I won't have a reaction to the sun due to the colder climate.
