relying on other people to validate my self worth has yet to provide sustainable results for me. in the spiritual diet analogy, the applause and accolades can be super nummy desert, with sprinkles and a memorable hangover on top, but it is the earning of those accolades which provide the high nutrition and fiber content.
the journey is the thing and we got to walk that lonesome valley by ourselves.
