scrambled eggs
I went to work this morning, and afterwards I came home..did some chores and laundry
and then also indulged in my Saturday (or Caturday in this house hehe) party here.
I ate a kind of antipasto plate...cheeses, meats, olives and then drank some beer too.
I watched some tv, mostly the Smithsonian channel...I love that channel. I like PBS too
but I didn't watch PBS since they're having their fundraisers weekends the past few weeks - and the
schedule of programs they have on during those drives I tend to not like so much.
So, I played with Blue some.. he was very upset today for some reason. I figured out
that he just wants me to get down on the floor and be with him. He likes to play as well.
But sometimes he doesn't need anything beyond me just being on the floor with him hanging out
in like a Lion's pride kind of way. When I do that, he looks at me with that Cheshire cat grin
and cleans his forearms and just becomes calm. He's my baby, so I'll keep caring for him as he needs!
I had a depressive episode today as well - I'm struggling with finding the answers to it - struggling to understand it - struggling to find my own calm by finding an "answer."
I guess I am struggling to find an answer I can be happy with - and maybe that's part of the rub for me...
But actually, I think I am getting there - coming to understand my own nature.. what I need.. what I want..
to reinforce me when I am at home and how I like to live my day..when not at work.
So, just sending greetings and wishes out to you guys... good kharma and have a good Saturday (Caturday :) ) night!

I have so much drive in me that it overwhelms my capacity to manage it. I can see it and yet I can only try to manage it the best I can - and I know on this site that I am not alone in it...it's a tough road to have to deal with this kind of disability...it's affected everything - but I can appreciate it and the good things it has manifest. Good night!
Understanding is like a butterfly. The more you chase it, the more it will elude you. If you sit quietly in the meadow, it will come and land gently on your shoulder. ~Folk proverb
So? ? ? If yesterday was Caturday, is today Cunday?
Never mind. . . Just listen to your cat. He has important things to teach you. I doesn't know, but I does believe cats are masters of sitting quietly in meadows. Is it unfortunate that they also eat butterflies? Could be that is were they get that all-knowing air.
Yay you for learning to appreciate the good things your nature can bring. All powerful forces can cut in many different ways. Master the force. Can you tell Yoda is my favorite Star Wars character?
Thanks Arfie.
I recently read that the way to bond with your cat and them to you, we need to play with them everyday.
Take care.
Thanks Becky! I play with him a lot.
