scrambled brains
my brains feel scrambled this morning but I am trying to just live
with it rather than get all upset and fearful. I just gotta keep on
keeping on. I've got the Blue bomber to think about and I'd really like a coffee
and I'd really like to be with my friends or family - but rather than take this
point of upset and make it a GLOBAL issue - I am going to try to knock it down to size
and just say to myself 'so it is just a little bit of an issue' and do something else that
you can do right now. Peace and Happy Orthodox Easter!!

In addition to brain scramble being a psycho nag flag that alerts me to another psychotic break, brain scramble is also a phase in my creative process. Creating something new requires letting go of the old.
Which is which? ? ? I test the creative lines before I call the fellas with the butterfly nets.
Have you tried some artistic expression?
Thanks Arfie, I haven’t but it’s a good idea. Maybe thinking of different ways to entertain Blue can be creative too!:)
Happy orthodox Easter! I grew up with a Greek best friend and was reminded this morning on Facebook of her family’s celebrations.... this year virtually....
Brain scramble is no fun. I’m a big fan of to-do lists. Filling them up, crossing things off, continuing on the next day. Helps me with that ‘scrambled’ feeling.
Thanks Sensitive!!
