Scarf is 30% done

I knit for about one and a half hours now and the scarf is 14 inches long. I'll knit again later, after a break. 
I knit for some more time and the scarf is now 17.5 inches long. Yay. I am happy. I want to finish the scarf by Sunday afternoon, so that A can wear it and return to Socal. 
I still have about 12-15 hours of work left on it.
