Scared of meds yet again

And here I am again nervous as hell to take a new pill. I never use to have this problem until my reaction to the lexapro. Not having the greatest reaction to seroquel last week didn't help matters much. I hate being afraid. It doesn't matter that my neurologist and my p doc want me to take the depakote I'm just afraid of it. Will I get up the courage to take it tonight or put it off another day. Ugh.
