saying "yes" to life today
I went to work this morning and for som reason my state of mind was really
angry and paranoid but I didn't 'give' to it. I stayed as constant as I could with my
work and coworkers. At one point, when I was alone, some spirit moved me to
sing to myself and my mood lifted.
You maybe can't connect some days but even so, there's enough love in the universe
to help lift your eyes and face out of the mud you fell into.
I am home now and I am going to say "yes" to my life. I am not going to commit
suicide and I am going to do things that interest me, even if I may feel small and unimportant...not
going to pay attention to that kind of energy. You guys have a great day too. We all deserve some good stuff
in our lives.

Seems to me that life keeps on happening, regardless of my permission or even my opinion.
Might as well keep my senses tuned for the good stuff while I am enduring the rest.
