Say what?
My mom called me to tell me that my cousin in jail is pregnant and will be having her baby in feb. and she has to turn the baby over to the foster care system or family member. My aunt immediately thought of us and called my mom who called me! Of course we said yes! So we have to wait and see what my cousin wants! I don't know or don't think I would keep the baby. I want to keep a open mind that we are caring for the child until the mom comes back. The hardest part to me is that the child will be with us from birth And will be with us for at least a year! I guess I will wait and take things as it comes! God only knows the plan!

That is fantastic but I understand your apprehension, it is hard to foster and let go (My Mom did the same thing when I was younger) but this baby has come to you and that is beautiful and a blessing! Good luck XO
what a wonderful heart you have to be willing to do this. I get scared for you thought - that\'s a long time to totally fall in love with this baby and incorporate him/her into your life. to have to \"give him/her back\" when your cousin is out of jail....honey, will you be able to handle that? Please don\'t be upset with my question - i would ask that of myself too.
