I have the weekend off, thank God!  This week at work has been very difficult with the new software in the self checkout machines and all the problems we are having with it.  I don't understand why the people who develop this software aren't required to come into the stores and see what we are dealing with.  They put one machine in with the new software for about a month, but never asked for feedback from the people who use it.  Plus when they downloaded it to all the machines, 12, they had problems that caused all the problems we are having now.  Of course, they won't admit to their difficulties.  

Made reservations at a nice hotel for Mimi and my trip to Colorado Nov.1-Nov4.  It was cheaper than the one we usually stay at and it looks like a nice place with easy access to the interstate and close to restaurants, stores, and my son.  I'm praying for good weather, no snow or rain (ice).  Please agree with me in prayer for this.

Going to Sam's with Mimi today.  Don't know who else will be going.  Hopefully we will be going before noon.  Usually everyone stays up all night and then we don't get out of the house until after noon.  Then the whole afternoon is taken up shopping when the stores are all more busy.  I need to buy more water.  I've increased my water drinking to help curb my appetite and help my kidneys.

Feeling good.  still not 100%, but better than I was mentally.  I'm going to start reading my Bible more to get God's help in my weight loss journey.  I know I won't be able to do it without His help.
