sat nov 27,2010 sick from pizza

well, its saturday morning. lost my voice hasnt came back yet. didnt feel up to giong out last night, so i ordered a med pizza and ate the whole thing. i even ate it while laying down watching tv. the whole thing. i also had a bag of candy. i never gt enough. im filling a great beg void by making myself soo very sick. my life is so out of control. now im realy screwed till first of month. why do i do this to myself. i feel so sick today. made my pioneer coffee. thing trying to ac like its going to work. not. i feel so full and so guilty. i was doing pretty good, working out and all. then bamm, get sick, then it all went right out the window. my back hurts so bad. cant hardly even hold myself up anymoore. my throught hurts so much.im filthy and so is the apt. stail cig smell, etc... its cold here. burr. ok, moore later, going for the pioneer coffee......
