had to take a traz last -- agin. 4th night in a row. turned off the light about 10:30, and lay there wide fukken awake for 45 minutes. That was long enough; if I'm not sleepy after that long, I gotta do something else. fell asleep ~12, slept til 7:30 -- MOER THAN 4 HOURS!! WOOHOO! Quality was pretty much what I've come to expect with Traz on board -- slept like a dead man, but not all that refreshing.

What is Traz short for ? I\'m presuming it is a sleeping pill.I suffer with insomnia too and just hate having to resort to chemical sleep meds.They make me feel terrible the next day . I\'ve tried numerous natural meds but they don\'t work for me.Sorry that you have sleep problems Jack.
Trazadone, yes, it is a sleeping pill.I hate taking sleep meds two. I *really* don\'t want to rely on them. Just another drug with who-knows-what in it, and ANOTHER SET of side effects. BUT, I didn\'t need it last night and I wasn\'t at home -- in a strange bed in a strange motel room. I think that\'s the first time I didnn\'t in four days. It was gool sleep, too.
