sat aug 3. 2011 better today so far

well i got up and ui feel pretty good right now i know the pain will come, but ok for now listening to some old styx music very helpfull. i beleive thats what got me threw the shit hle they have the balls to call a nursing home ok, going to try the exersise today FOR SURE. ok later.....
