sabotage
Why, why, why do I always set myself up to fail? Today I was at my moms house giving my bro a break from caretaking. It's always hard there because they have junk food everywhere. All the stuff I used to eat. Well, I did the unthinkable. I ate a cookie. I'm only 4 weeks out and just started on soft foods. I chewed it really well and ate it slowly, but I was so afraid I was going to dump. I didn't, which is kind of a bad thing because what is going to stop me when I just can't control that urge to eat something that's not good for me? They had dry salami and artisan french bread that I wanted so bad, but I knew that could really do some damage. The only things that make me throw up so far are the protein shakes and my medicine-the things I need. This is my last chance to get to a somewhat normal weight and have a normal life. This has to work and I need to work it. Well it's done now, so I just need to move on and not let it happen again.

You are not setting setting yourself up for failure....Do you hear me????.....One cookie on one day is in no way the beginning of the end.....one little itsy bitsy blip... that is all....You might say one mistake is one too many...so take your own wise advice, move onward and upward
Keep your eye on the goal and remember there are bound to be the odd times you will have a little slip up, but that\'s all it is...one little slip up....no, that is not permission to indulge in whatever you fancy....just an acknowledgement that you would not be human if you never, ever ate a single thing you shouldn\'t be eating...
You are doing fantastic, don\'t ever doubt that and you should be so proud of yourself saying no to that salami and bread....don\'t be disheartened....stay strong and know you can and will be all that you dream of...You know the drill....one day at a time...keeping your eyes on the prize and making healthy choices ....Blessings and love to you today....mwah xxxxx
