running

Well I signed up for this 10K race for you Matt, you know I never so much as ran for a bus lol. I massively under estimated how much harder it to run outside compared to running on a treadmill. I finally got back the gym and managed 4k on the treadmill, I barely made 2km when I went for my run round the park. I don't think the cold weather helped mind you. I will do it though, I'm determined to make it across that finish line for you whether I have to run, walk or crawl across it,
