Ruined Mochi

Mochi is this Japanese ice cream that has an outside of a soft rice skin with ice cream in the middle. Geo has been wanting to try it forever, and so we went and bought some. On the way home, we decided to go out to eat. I put the Mochi in the trunk in an insulated bag and went to eat. By the time we got home the Mochi got melted and ruined. He was mad it was destroyed. I thought it would have been fine in the insulated bag, but I was wrong. I just feel like crap for ruining it for him. that's the only thing that went wrong today. It was "cold" today- in the low 50's. I went for my walk anyway, and that stupid dead possum was still there! It's been there so long it's almost just bones. It stinks like crazy and I don't know why nobody else complained. I tried calling it in last week, but they said that I had to know the address. Well, it's on a sidewalk behind the houses, so I didn't know what the address was. The last time I passed it I was in the middle of a timed 5k for me, and so I didn't find the address. I walked there today, and it was still there. So I counted the backs of houses and went around to the front street to get the address. It's just disgusting... I don't know why nobody else complained. Anyway, I'm going to get going.... I'm just trying to do a bit of updating daily. I plan on going to my aerobics class tomorrow and volunteer again. I think if I'm at the Information Desk I will stay more than an hour. I'm going to bring my umbrella again in case it rains.
